Q: Do you have a warranty policy?

A: Yes, we do. At 109, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home furniture. We want you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind. Therefore, we offer the following limited warranty for our furniture products. We provide a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered:
This warranty covers structural integrity and ensures that our furniture is free from manufacturing defects, including but not limited to issues
with the frame, joints and construction.

What's Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. It also excludes damage resulting from improper assembly, placement, or maintenance of the furniture.

Remedies:
If a defect covered under this warranty is identified during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. If an exact replacement is not available, we may offer a comparable alternative.

How to Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. You can reach our customer service team at [email protected]. We will promptly assess your claim and provide further instructions on next steps. Please note that any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Limitations:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is applicable to residential use and excludes any commercial or rental use.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. One Hundred Ninth and BRDG Studios reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty program at any time.
